Jerry believes that selling real estate is not just a career, but a way of life. He believes in a “no pressure” informative approach and always seeks to make the authentic connections that turn clients into friends for life.
In the span of his career, Jerry has set the standard for luxury real estate sales with his work under the brands of Christie’s Great Estates and Sotheby’s International Realty specializing in Waterfront and Estate Properties, Country Homes, Trophy Ranches, Legendary Horse Farms, Vineyards and Wineries and Iconic Rural Retreats in Shasta and Tehama Counties.
For more than 40 years Jerry Boren has been setting the standard for how luxury real estate should be marketed and sold; an unassuming approach with extraordinary attention to detail combined with the expertise and knowledge of international markets, and intuitiveness to the needs of the high net worth individual. As an established professional he’s been interviewed by numerous publications including the Wall Street Journal, San Francisco Chronicle, Financial Times and New York Times. His knowledge of global markets and impressive credentials have provided him with an unprecedented reputation
Four years ago, Jerry and his wife Gayle moved from Lake Tahoe to the Redding area to be closer to Gayle’s mom, who was nearing the end of her life. The couple knew that quality time with family was more important than any financial return.
I now work remotely from the Heritage Sotheby’s International Realty in Napa and my office is in the beautiful Inwood Valley just a short distance from Anselmo Vineyards.
Gayle Boren’s strengths as a luxury marketing specialist and home stager stem from her own success as a high-end Realtor in Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe. She offers a fresh approach to how lifestyle properties should be marketed on a luxury scale.
Prior to real estate, Gayle was an entrepreneurial business woman, who ran a successful fitness accessory company that was at the forefront of the fitness revolution. She eventually sold to a large conglomerate in the industry. Her public relations background and culinary skills also paved the way for her own boutique café where she served the fashionable neighborhood of Presidio Heights in her hometown of San Francisco.
